Terms & Conditions – Rough Rough Atelier

1. About Rough Rough Atelier

Rough Rough Atelier ("we", "us", "our") is a Netherlands-based creative studio offering minimalist, cruelty-free dog accessories. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and interactions via our website.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

  • We accept major payment methods via our secure payment providers.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location and will be estimated at checkout.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs or third-party couriers.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 100-day return policy on all unworn, unused items in original condition.

  • All tags and packaging must be intact.

  • To start a return, contact us at bark@roughroughatelier.com with your order number.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Once approved, return costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • For exchanges, we issue store credit after receiving the returned item.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and content on our site are the property of Rough Rough Atelier and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy. Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
In short:

  • We collect only the data needed to process your order, improve our services, and communicate (if you opt in).

  • We never sell your data.

  • You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing bark@roughroughatelier.com.

8. Cookies

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, misuse of our products, or delays beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
